As you can imagine we at Christian Music Times have hundreds of new artists to review every year, and every now and then a new voice comes out that catches you right away. Here is our latest discovery; Tom Duckett. Tom’s latest compilation is called “oracleunaware”, and is released through Infinity Music Distribution. The production was formalized by Paul Colley and was recorded at Black Watch Studios in Norman, Oklahoma.

 

We would categorize “oracleunaware” as a kind of Ballad Contemporary Rock. It’s music that will put you into a praise and worship mood. The words are clear, well thought out, and backed with arrangements that testify to a level of talent found at some of the larger labels. The staff at CMT is in agreement that Mr. Duckett is ready for larger audiences in Christian Music entertainment. ‘Take a risk in your next recording Tom; you’ve got all the moving parts.”
